Order Entry

Order Entry is where the instructions on the
purchase order get transferred to a job card (our work order).
Specifications and processes are verified. If something
is not clear about the processing, the customer is immediately
contacted for disposition. When the job card is created,
the Order Entry personnel make sure that all of the information
is entered correctly. The job card is then transferred back
to Receiving Inspection and is checked again for typographical
errors or inconsistency.
