Final Inspection

After parts are processed, the tempers are
verified using electrical conductivity and Rockwell hardness
testing. In addition, the parts are visually inspected for
evidence of damage.
Our Final Inspection staff is well trained and have over
25 years of experience. They are re-certified periodically
and take eye exams periodically as well. We spend a lot
of time and effort insuring that there are no mistakes made
in Final Inspection. This will assure that parts are not
released to the customer incorrectly.
If our previous processing did not meet the final requirements,
the matter is investigated and the parts are returned for
further processing. Many failures are due to variations
in the alloys. When the parts pass the Final Inspection
stage, they are packed, certified, and shipped back to the
customer.
